Staff was really nice. They are kinda busy but one of the cooks said what I wanted and he could start on it. That was great customer service 👏. Great place need a little cleaning of the tables and all but that's it. The place is fairly clean and the food was great the burger well made and presented. The ketchup packets are great gave me 5 was awesome not a ketup person but someone who likes it would be happy all and all good fast food joint.

Food and service was good but beware, the drive thru itself is extremely small and narrow. I ended up with a flat tire after hitting the curb trying to leave. Whoever designed this drive thru and parking lot in general needs slapped.

My husband and I came in for lunch when we walked in all the staff looked at us like oh my God why are you here I wish you were not here. It was such a bad look that I actually said I'm sorry we had to come get something to eat. One guy chuckled and then walked away and nobody helped us so we decided to leave. I've traveled across this country and this is absolutely one of the worst Burger Kings I've been to even a ghetto Burger King in Michigan is better than this one at least they serve you. Calling corporate. Unacceptable now I understand why everything is going to automated because I actually would have got my Burger King if there was a people there working. The one thing I would tell the people that work there is if you don't like your job don't work there that place is open because of me and people like me who want to eat there.

Driver thru quick and efficient. Food was good. Get it before the high prices in fast food drive all the big chains bankrupt.

This morning I attempted to bring my autistic son to Burger King in Abilene, TX for breakfast. Anyone who knows anything about autistic kids or kids in general knows it takes a minute to choose something. So as I’m asking the person in drive thru questions on their special she says order when you’re ready and I respond just a moment and she responds Urgh these people need to hurry up. I asked if there was a problem with us deciding and she responded we are on a timer and you need to hurry up! I told her I don’t care about her timer and we will order when we are ready. She states hurry up or go to McDonald’s! Well guess she gets her wish as we drove off. Turns out this whole episode was with Maria the area manager of Abilene Burger King. So much for customers being a top priority. Needless to say with employees especially managers like this I can say whole heartedly I will NEVER spend my money at Burger King again!!!
