Made a mobile order 30 minutes prior to pick up. As soon as she spoke through the intercom she spoke in a negative tone. There was absolutely not another soul around. When we got to the window she started preparing our meals. Took her about 10 minutes just to get us our drinks. I’m writing this entire review as we wait for our food.

The few employees that were there handled it like champs!!! They were overly friendly, in a great mood despite obviously being short staffed and still managed to take care of our needs. Service was fast considering that also and food was fresh and amazing!! These people are few and far between! They deserve a raise!

I have never been to a restaurant where the person taking your order acts like they are mad you even showed up!! As I can see from the other awful reviews on this location it wasn't just a bad for that young lady. You are the only fast food chain in franklin county. DO BETTER! Or maybe just maybe the woman/girl behind the speaker in the drive thur should reconsider her career choices. Clearly customer service shouldn't be it.

These guys are just jerks. I have a kid with food allergies and require a simple substitution to get around. These lowlifes refused it. Just said no. Every other burger kind in the planet will just do it. But they streight up just refused then ridiculed us. They also refused to provide any ingredient list then questioned why we would even be there to begin with. If they can treat an 8 year old like this, imagine what kind of care they treat the rest of their food with. Just stay away, for your sake.

If you want to eat here you better. Get there early cuz they close early. The employees are kind of rude. They want to not come to the drive-thru window after about 11:00 and they ain't supposed to close until 12:00 a.m. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes it is good. Sometimes it's not so I would not recommend eating at this one
