This used to be an awesome place to shop for home projects. We could find some great deals, great pricing. Now it's pretty much at or above retail pricing. Very disappointing.

10/28/2023 update: We had an issue with a product. Eli worked with me to fix the concern. Very understanding and helpful in the solution. I go there everytime I'm in PHX. Go there. Bring your measurements. Hey amazing deals.

Very helpful employee when we went in looking for cabinets for our bathroom. He was pleasant and easy to talk to . Very big warehouse a little overwhelming with all the materials. The lighting is very poor in the warehouse not sure if they have better lighting just not in use all the time. Some of the merchandise is hard to look over because of the size of the item. Very packed rows not all in an order to shop easily you have to look and dig through a bit . I did not ask for help but I’m sure someone would have helped me . The prices seem good .

The nastiest people I've ever dealt with in retail. Customer service gets a zero. This place was recommended to us by a friend but it's not worth the time to go there.Very limited selection of most items, except windows.

Excellent place to pick up good deals on new windows, doors cabinets, etc. large selection very friendly. Nice guys that work there Nate Sr. went out of his way to help me with the problem I had on an item I recommend this place highly especially if you are doing home improvementof any kind.
