The server was new and needed to be more attentive. My wings didn't have enough sauce, so they were a little dry, but the flavor was good. After discussing the server with the manager, she was quite nice and empathetic. Overall, average experience.

We were not made to feel welcomed. My boy and his friend were having their ordered taken but the waitress would not attend to us since we sat on a separate booth where we had been sat by the hostess. The waitress demanded we moved and the manager asked if he could help us but the waitress’s attitude and managers inability to mitigate the situation, caused us to leave and felt unwelcome and discriminated so we left to sit in our vehicle and allow the teenagers to finish their meal; after all we travelled all the way to visit from Texas! Rude service!!!

Our wings came out dry so our waitress took them back. The MANAGER brought these back to the table. Now who in their right mind wants to eat this. Our waitress was even appalled and said now who would want to eat that. Then the waitress tells us she asked for a discount and the manager said no. We won’t be back.

Not enough TVs and the boneless wings were all breading. My partner got the burger 🍔 and I believe she made the better choice. Which is surprising because I thought this was a chicken 🐔 shack?

First I'll say I've been a customer of B Dubs more than 10 years. But I don't go on Saturday days no more to avoid a bartender that for some reason always act my wife and I don't exist. We are always kind, tip well, and don't complain even when my order is wrong. It was the last straw for me when the bartender took his sweaty T-shirt to open my beer. He kinda give me bully vibes.
