I ordered party size wings with sauce on side, when i pickup they said the sauce is on 8oz black boxes. When i went home, these were ranches and cheese. I called to store and talk with manager but they said i have to come back to store and pickup the sauce. I didn’t have time to comeback because my guests were coming and they refused to deliver the sauce to my house. In the end of conversation, they can’t do anything because of their mistake.

I order from this place all the time. I order the same thing. 15 traditional wings with honey bbq sauce. I have a good 50% chance of them doing it correctly. I got 15 boneless wings instead. Another time I ordered 15 and got 9. I don't have a car so they won't give me my money back. The last time I called to tell them what happened, they offered me $5 off my next meal. Why keep wasting my money on this place? They clearly do not care once you get someone on the phone. I won't give this location a dime of my money ever again. I just got my food delivered and again it is boneless wings instead of traditional.

Everything was great. First class service, good food, excellent overall experience. A couple of homophobic racists came in and didn't like me sitting next to my husband but that trash is all over Jacksonville.

The boneless wings are okay nothing spectacular. The service was great in the beginning, but then it went down hill. Sweet tea tasted strange then we never got our fries. Just to pay the bill took over 20 minutes because no one knew how to ring in the bogo deal, it became aggravating.

Absolutely the worst experience ever walking into this establishment!!! The dinning room was 70% empty. Everyone saw myself, husband and toddler standing there waiting to be seated. They waited ten mins to tell us that “we are on a 20min wait”. They didn't want to seat us and we felt very out of place. There was no reason why we shouldn’t have been sat. Maybe cause of our color??? I will never ever go to this location EVER again!!!
