We waited 24 minutes on a pickup order, told that we were waiting on cheese dip. Cheese dip is microwaved. While waiting, the restaurant was dirty-food all over the tables. There were 3 people eating and all had already been served. One of the four boxes of wings (total: 22 wings) had sauce caked on that looked like it had been sitting in a Casey's warmer for 16 hours, and somehow the wings were still cold. I could get better wings dumpster diving and they'd still be warmer than our food.

This was my first time here. We ordered drinks that didn’t come until our food was done. Two employees had no idea what our drinks were even though they were ON THE MENU. My family got their food a good 10-15mins before I had received mine. I ordered the naked chicken tenders meal thinking I was breaded chicken tenders without sauce. No it’s just chicken breast, no seasoning, nothing. I also added a side salad that was substituted for fries. I did not ask for that. I asked for a side salad AS WELL. Our server was a young man who may of been new, he needs trained better. We came 90miles for this and unfortunately were very disappointed.

I wait 30 or 40minutes for q hamburger 6 chiken wings the hamburger dry French fries 🍟 dry. (Nececitan cosineros buenos) You can go to las americas restaurant 100% better.😎

I was in from Omaha for the weekend and decided to stop by and sit at the bar for some wings and beers. Nikona was outstanding. I'm in the Customer Service Field and if had the opportunity would hire her away in a heartbeat. I'll stop back in for sure when I'm back in town! Keep up the good work!

Came here with a group and they told us a 30 minute wait. We waited for over an hour before overhearing they only had one cook. Now, that’s not the issue - we understand short staffing! It’s the lack of communication. Please be more honest with the customers so we can act accordingly.
