Just after lunch and was a nice quiet place to sit and eat. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Great experience at this location today and truly enjoyed my visit. Food tasted great and was fresh made, and was complemented by a tasty beer to wash it down. Stop in around 1:30-2:00 and enjoy

The wait to be served was too long. The server was nice, but it felt like I wasn't important. The food was just okay. I ordered Boneless Wings with Mango Habanero Sauce, but they were much hotter than at other places. The chicken breading was too crunchy and hard to bite.

Our waiter, Micheal was absolutely amazing, he was extremely pleasant and was super understanding with everything, he really treated us well and I would highly recommend visiting this location. The food was pretty good as well. Service would be 6/5 if I could rate it that way. If visiting I would definetly recommend him!

The worst BWW I have been to. I ordered takeout and it took over 90 minutes to toss 10 nuggets in a sauce and fry some cheese. Then, I go into the restaraunt and maybe 15 people are dining in. And, you are going to serve me 11 cheese curds ($7.79) and hardly any sauce on these wings ($15.29). In total, this meal was around $25. That’s more than individual pieces of food given.

I ordered 15 buffalo wings from (BWW) on grub hub ($37.85). There is no option on the grub hub app to ask for the wings well done aka "Fried hard". Instead I called ahead before my driver got to the establishment to pick up the food to ask can this be done. I was asked for my name which I gave and spelled out TWICE only to be told " I don't see your order" re-spelled my name several times with no luck, even gave my phone number as a alternate option. I asked for a manager who got on the phone as was just as un knowlegable on how to find my order as his co-worker. Stating: "how am I supposed to know it's you? I cant find your name " as I reply" I'm the only one calling about 15 wings from grub hub" Altogether I ended up calling 3 times and waited until my grub hub driver arrived to call the establishment again. Once my driver arrived I called him to see if he could give the phone to the manager for me so we could speak and he could see my order from his phone. My driver unfortunately did not speak English so didn't understand what I was trying to accomplish! With much anger and anxiety now I desperately call the establishment one more time before they give some chewy wings to my driver. They answered the phone and addressed me by my name handed over the phone to the manager who immediately said yes we have your order your driver just arrived now that he is here we will prepare your order for you. WHY COULDN'T YOU JUST SAY THAT THE FIRST TIME!?!?!? I PAID FOR THE FOOD WHY ARE YOU WAITING FOR THE DRIVER IN THE FIRST PLACE!?!?!? All this we don't see, we don't have, then have the nerve to give me attitude like he's right while backing up his co-worker to turn around and say yall start cooking when the driver arrives!!!???? So what QUE was my order in that determined the proximity of my drivers vehicle that made my name appear in the system? Just say u made a mistake! Then finally get my food my napkins look like they were ran under the water then put in my bag. My chicken wing box is so SOGGY it can't hold the wings! These are very OBVIOUS SIGNS! THAT MY FOOD BEEN DONE AND WAS SITTING IN A BOX IN A BAG WAITING ON YALL TO GET ORGANIZED!!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RATCHET PLACE EVER AGAIN AND WILL DEFINITELY GIVE A BAD REVIEW EVERY TIME I HEAR THE NAME BUFFALO WILD WINGS. Yall from Ohio anyway it should be OHIO wild wings cause yall giving Buffalo a bad name.
