First time having Buffalo Wild Wings. Best service, we love Sara, she is a really nice person and gave us recommendations on the food choices, and the parade they have here for Saint Patrick's Day. We got 20 piece wings, for the sauces we got Asian Zing, Original Buffalo, Honey Garlic, and Lemon pepper. My family's favorite was Asian Zing-It had like a sweet and spicy flavor to it. My favorite was original buffalo. Our least favorite was Lemon pepper, we did not like it at all. We licked the wing, and was like no its not for us. The atmosphere was since and calm, they had not that many people because it was the day before Saint Patrick's Day, which is a big thing here. For our appetizer we got the 3 sauces and chips, the sauces where Salsa, Guacamole, and a cheese dip. My favorite was the Guacamole it was really good!

We stopped in on a Friday for a quick bite to eat. The place was not busy and our waitress came, took our order which was chips and salsa and street tacos. We waited 45 minutes before we saw her again and she said she had “lost our ticket”. She said she would rush our order. 30 minutes later a different gal brought us our cold food and our ticket. No discounted food or drink and we left without eating it. Will not make a return trip. Worth it to find somewhere else to eat!

Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. When we got there 3 people who were also waiting to be seated ended up leaving and honestly we should’ve taken that as a sign and followed their lead. We waited 25 minutes to be seated after asking a waitress where the hostess was and her finally seating us and walking away. We ordered as soon as we got the chance and then proceeded to wait about an hour for our food. We never got checked in on and when our food finally came it was cold. That was my first and last experience at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Visited this place and there was hair on my food, the staff were very polite and made it right by giving us a coupon and remaking the food. The second time we went the chicken was soggy after we asked for extra crispy and waited an hour. Third time we waited an hour and a half. The chicken was completely raw, manager refused to talk to us and we have not been back since.

Waited for 10 minutes to get a drink order. They poured the wrong beer. Waited 35 minutes before anyone asked to take my food order. Two people came in after me and had their food before I even got to order. Ended up having to leave without even ordering. All the waiter could say is we are really busy. There were only 7 tables being used. Anything but busy. I used to like the butte location
