We will not return to this location. The service was lacking and it was impossible to enjoy food or conversation because of a large, loud group that was there. Our server was inattentive, we were missing parts of orders, and what we did receive was incorrect. It took quite some time to get our order and then quite some time to get it corrected. The server never even offered a "sorry" - she just blamed it on the kitchen staff. It was only moderately busy, but there was a large party of adults and kids that were so loud that we could not even have a conversation at our table. This was a negative experience all the way around. We won't be returning or recommending.
They were able to accommodate 12 of us. However, the ceilings are so high and so many televisions are on. We could barely hear each other without screaming. Also, as a vegetarian there wasn't so many options. But the service was excellent.
The atmosphere is nice and modern. It’s not overly crowded or cluttered and the many tvs provided a cool sports themed atmosphere but that was overshadowed with terrible service and cold food. It was a terrible experience. They were clearly busy and that is fine and understandable, but we flat out got ignored. After 20 minutes of waiting, we asked a passing waitress for drinks and we prepared for her return by being ready to order. We were then passed to another waitress who came to our table without a greeting, who said nothing but wrote down our order and walked away. Bizarre. Our food came and it was clearly sitting for some time as it was cold and the fries were stale. We couldn’t ask for our food to be warmed because for the rest of the evening, we just got ignored by our waitress as she would go to other tables frequently - she never returned. We had to go to the bar to get drinks and flag down another waitress just to get our bill. We were polite and understandable-didn’t deserve no service.
You have to be kidding me when you call this appropriate service. We sat peacefully and enjoyed our time until Ms. Johnson took over. Everything was amazing and top tier service until this person took over. It’s incredibly confusing when the general manager has to talk to you outside about the piss poor performance about his staff and apologize for his staff’s behavior. One bartender had to react inappropriately and ruin a fun night out. This place needs to seriously reevaluate their staffs’ performance and it’s quite upsetting when one particular bartender will keep you from ever coming back especially after having many enjoyable experiences previously. You need to get rid of employees like that.
When we arrived the restaurant was fairly busy around 7:30, we got our drinks, then our food, after that it went downhill and by this time the restaurant was at best 35% occupied, practically begged to get a server to refill our beverages and drinks before we were done eating. After I had to find a server to order a second round of drinks and finished them we sat there and watched a family stand at the doorway for awhile and as they walked over to the bar side where we were, I said good luck, you’ll be lucky to get served and the table just in front of us were nodding their heads in agreement. I can relate and understand if they were swamped that’s the nature of the business, but I’m not gonna continue to flag another server down to get another round of drinks, we paid our bill and decided to finish celebrating at a different establishment.
