I rented a car a couple of weeks ago and was happy with my experience. The guys behind the counter were pleasant and efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The car was a Ford SUV and ran great! Keep up the great work!

Great price and vehicle option. We got a Nissan Rogue. It was good size vehicle for 2 adults and 2 children, with plenty of room for luggage in back. The car was clean and good condition. It was a newer vehicle with updated technology that we appreciated. Both pick up and drop off were smooth. The location was convenient. We are very satisfied and will definitely use Budget again.

WELL I HAVE TO SAY BUDGET RENT A CAR ON DAVIS BOULEVARD IS ONE OF THE FASTEST EFFICIENT KNOWLEDGEABLE RENTALS IN NAPLES. FIRST OF ALL THE LOCATION IS GREAT FOR ME BUT SECOND OF ALL I HAVE TO SAY THE GENTLEMAN WHO WORKS THERE BARRY AND ANOTHER GREAT GENTLEMAN THERE BY THE NAME OF ESTEBAN ARE ABSOLUTELY ON TOP OF IT AND QUICK!! I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THEM WHATSOEVER AS THE CARS ARE CLEAN TOP SHAPE AND THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND I'M VERY GRATEFUL AND HAPPY TO SEE THEM WHEN I DO GET THERE TO PICK UP MY CARS.... Horrible service and still haven’t gotten our deposit back weeks later. Order a truck when I arrived they only had the van available, smaller but they told me it was the same price. Which seems like a lie! Weeks later, more than 14 business days, still no 150 deposit back. They keep saying to wait, wait, wait. You know people have kids to feed around here. And getting in touch with anyone is almost impossible. Horrible! would never use them again! And I’m still coming for my money!

I had reserved a truck 2-3 weeks prior to move my family and I from FL to TN. I called the office several times with no answer before our move date, to ensure everything was set and ready to go. They did send me an email reminding me of our upcoming move. Then the office called me with less than 24 hour notice that our truck wouldn’t be available. We scrambled to secure a Penske truck which cost $1000 more, but at least they had a truck for us. We hired movers, booked hotel, etc. only to have budget cancel our booked reservation. Unacceptable and terrible “business.” I will never use this company again. They also have a pending charge on my credit card which had better not process. Save yourself the stress and use a reliable rental company, even if it costs more money.
