Went on their website to rent a truck. Website said there would be one to rent at the location I was picking up. Made the reservation, got a confirmation, then made other plans (like buying a plane ticket) based on that confirmation. Get a call next day from the local company that they don't have a truck available and to call the 800 number. Spoke to a woman in charge of inventory management in my area, who had no real interest in helping me, "call back on Monday." (reservation was for Wednesday) I called on Monday, and she still didn't know if there would be a truck for me anywhere within a 50 mile radius. I wound up making alternative arrangements for a different vehicle (not a truck) and forgoing the plane ticket I bought. Budget did NOTHING to try and help me out with. I will never use Budget trucks for any rental, AND anyone I know who is looking to rent a truck I will tell them to stay away from Budget!
Super nice employee, really helpful! No frills truck, but it did the job! I would use them again if I had to move myself. If you want someone to move stuff for you though, go with Rice's Moving. They're good, hardworking people.
Very nice employees, super helpful with getting me the right truck at the right price for my budget. I moved all the way from Naples to lehigh. I was able to pick up my truck in Naples and drop it off in fort Myers. Definitely doing all my business here.

Had a reservation but they weren't open. Corporate distribution convinced me to wait a day. The next day they didn't have a moving truck for me. Stay far away!
