I’m giving one star because I have to. Terrrrrrible customer service!!! Terrible! Suppose to move to another state tomorrow and reserved a moving truck weeks ago. Today I was suppose to pick the truck up. I got a call that they didn’t have the truck and that it had been delivered to a different state. I asked if there were any other options and the response I got was “if there were any other options I would have told you” with a very rude undertone. Also the woman I spoke to last night rushed me off of the phone as I was trying to inquire what happens if the truck isn’t there because she said “your pick up time is at so and so time BUT we’re waiting for your truck to arrive” in a way that it may not arrive. Had she maybe answered my questions or put someone on the phone that had more time than her, maybe I would have been more prepared for today’s situation. So while understanding that things can go wrong, I still expect decent customer service. Especially when I was about to pay several hundred dollars with the company. I chose Budget. Had I read these other reviews I’m seeing first, I probably wouldn’t of. I wanted to edit and add that Budget charged me a $150 no show fee. They refunded but this took days. After an expensive move due to me having to pay more for a different rental at the last minute, I then had to take time to get my money back. Clearly customer service isn’t the only issue at this location.

Wanted to say THANK YOU to the employees and managers here at this location, as they went up and beyond to help my sons and I get everything taken care of in getting our Rental truck to move everything to GA. You all were amazing and thank you for your help!!!

0 star business. Made reservation 5 days prior. Showed up on time and was told if I couldn't have it back in 3 hours (reserved it for 8) then I couldn't have it. Edit: LOL, charging someone a $75 "no show" cancelation fee when you turned them away from doing business with you is certainly a choice.

Had a confirmed reservation 3 days in advance, but they called me just 1 hour before pickup time to tell me they had no truck available. They then proceeded to blame me for booking last minute. Then a couple days later, they charged ME a $75 cancellation fee! Avoid at all costs and go with U-Haul instead.

Thieves. I could not get a hold of them on the phone to turn the truck in early because I knew there would be a problem turning it in right at 9:00. Ended up eating a $170 extra day, plus more for the moving blankets, plus more for the additional driver. On top of that, they charged me for gas, even though they KNEW I had just filled it up at the circle K one block away. They said they couldn't check it right then and they would look tomorrow. Then they charged my credit card without notice or giving me a new receipt. I will go out of my way to ensure that every co-worker I have uses a different company for truck rentals.
