Budget Truck Rental

I moved from Indiana back to Ohio about a month ago and I rented a Budget moving truck from this location. Dan was the name of the man who helped ring me up, gave me info on the truck and answered any questions I had. He was super friendly and helpful. I would assume he was the manager the way he conducted business, but I'm not too sure. Two other gentleman named Skylar and Chris helped get the other equipment around that I had included in my truck rental. I was impressed with all of them, they were so nice! It's hard to find service like this these days. Not to mention, Budget was $100 cheaper than U-Haul, and I have never received service like this there. I would highly recommend this particular shop. Thank you guys!

I am writing this because we had an awful experience with enterprise rental when going on our honeymoon vacation to Florida. We lost the vehicle we needed and were out of options. Budget Rental saved our trip and our vacation. I called in panic asking if they had a vehicle on short notice and they did. They helped to set us up and get us on the road with no problems in a beautiful van that was absolutely perfect. It was an amazing experience! Every associate that we came into contact with was nothing short of amazing. Dan was our initial contact and he was professional, friendly and understanding of our situation. Brad, the owner was nothing short of awesome as well! He was very considerate, friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect because of them and we will be renting from them in the future! Thank you so much guys you deserve praise!

Very easy rental process and we was on our way.... The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Received exact car we wanted (Ford Focus) was a very nice new and comfortable ride. We will definitely keep our business going to this location (53rd Street, Anderson, IN) we thank them for such an easy check in and check out and so nice to be treated good and as if they knew us personally.

The staff in Anderson were helpful and friendly. They explained everything well. Dropping the car off at the airport took only a couple of minutes. The staff there was very friendly. I was also given a larger car than I reserved which was a nice perk at no cost.

I rent from this location all of the time, they are prompt and get me in a vehicle quickly. They can come across a little rough some times, once you get to know them you figure out its nothing personal, they are often very busy running two different businesses. I have shown up early and late, its never been a problem. They take care of me as a customer better than many other rental companies. I rent vehicles and travel a lot! For most the complaints I have seen against them, its due to the lack of knowledge when coming to rent a vehicle. There debt card policy is more relaxed than most, for example, Thrifty at the airport requires a $350 deposit plus what is due for the rental. Overall, Budget is usually cheaper than all the other companies, plus they don't get in the rental car with you to go over fuel and mileage verification, with the occasional awkward silences....like Enterprise, which is strange I think.
