Staff did not check me out properly , prepaid amount did not get applied to rental as a result was charged again. Still waiting on refund of second charge plus erroneously charged late fees. This may be isolated to LAX location. Did not have any issues at subsequent fast break rentals. However customer We service has been slow to resolve issue.

Fastest. Easiest way to get a car at the airport. Just pickup your ticket. Get in the car and show your I'd. on the way out
Most terriable rental experience. We reserve our car one month ago. At time of pickup, THE GUY told us only smaller car same price, or add money for larger car. When we try to understand what happen, THE GUY says "I don't care what car you want, just make decision." Gee, this GUY doesn't know what the meaning of "service" is. We will never even rent car from budget again. Must be something wrong with THIS GUY.
This people have so many hidden fees and they say it'll be $35 ish next thing you know you're paying $135 ish. Ridiculous. I've also have the experience where They give me a finished receipt and a month later I'm still be charged something unexpected. Not good customer care
