The whole process of completing our paperwork and collecting our car was made far easier with Marsha on hand to help us. Polite, friendly and warm person who helped us after a long flight. Thank you Marsha. The collection and exiting the rental centre was smooth and easy .

Getting to the rental car place was the easy part, using the FastTrack was difficult. Budget zones are not wel marked so it was difficult to locate our car. You can find attendants roaming parking area. We got a hybrid and the battery was completely drained. Despite that we would rent Budget again.

Location was well staffed on a Friday afternoon. Received my keys within ten minutes for the type of car I booked. Maintenance on the car was lacking, I quickly figured out that the car needed new tires and brakes. Still ended up putting 1,500 miles on it and luckily had no issues. Seems like maintenance checks should be more thorough before turning the cars over to the next customer.

Budget says I damaged the windshield during my time with the vehicle but I did not notice any damage when picking up and neither did the Employee who conducted the walk around on my returning of the vehicle. I did not damage the vehicle in anyway.
