I reserved a vehicle and completed everything in order to partake in the fast pick up at Seattle Airport. Well, this experience is anything but fast. One man is working the Budget counter and one man is working the Avis counter. It’s now going on almost two hours and we’re still waiting! This will be my last time renting from Budget. So sad 😞. I feel so bad for the guys working alone!

Worst run rental car facility I’ve ever encountered. Took 90 min from time of landing to the rental facility. Not enough buses. It was a busy time but we finally got to the rental facility only to be greeted by queues extending to the entry doors (We rented from Avis) but all vendors had similar lines. 13 counter spaces had only 2 Avis reps working. Waited 75 min. Will never rent from here again. Recommend UBER Not one Avis rep addressed people in the long line. Be ready to add 2.5 hours to your Seattle Trip

Counter service was slow; over 25 minute wait. Agent was polite but added coverage after telling him multiple times I wanted to decline it. Car was very good. Upon return, I showed my gas receipt and took pictures of my gas gauge before and after and they still charged me for fuel. I do not plan to rent from Budget in the future.

The rates are good. The desk managers are courteous and knowledgeable. Crew at parking lots are very helpful. Had to change from a Suburban to an Expedition Max due to 8 seater requirements which was sorted out at the lot. Although the Expedition Max provided was slightly dated with usage of Apple Car Play and Android Auto made difficult, the drive was nice and smooth. Except for one part where the tyre pressure warning came up but had to stop at 3 gas stations before finding a spot with working air pumps.

Genuinely the worst rental car experience we have had. In spite of the fact that they knew there were many reservations today, they failed to have adequate staff on hand. It took just shy of two hours to get our reservation completed. If people are renting cars, it’s because they are on vacation or have business. Maybe Budget can find a little money in their budget so that they don’t cost the customers more time and money than necessary. Absolutely terrible. Avoid if possible.
