Unlimited mileage was a God send when we had to make a last minute trip from MN to TN. The vehicle was spacious enough for my family, even though it was a compact vehicle. The trunk space was larger than I anticipated and fit luggage for 4 of us just fine (Chevy Malibu). Car was great on gas as well and the overall price was very affordable. I'd never had to add a day to any rental before and the process for that request was hassle free. A phone call that took less than 10 minutes was all that it took. I definitely recommend Budget for your car rental needs!

We reserved a full size pick up truck because we needed the cab space and comfort for a trip. When picking up the vehicle we were not informed they were substituting a smaller truck and no adjustment was made to our fee (they have a smaller truck price point). It wasn't until we were out in the lot that we realized we had been given a smaller, less comfortable vehicle. They claimed earlier truck rentals didn't return as planned and they didn't have a full size truck available. I get that, but instead of being up front about it they just gave us a vehicle that worked for them and not well for us. We'll not rent from them again and will not recommend others do so either.

Budget/Avis was extremely accommodating with the rental vehicle. Had a standard SUV reserved, I got an expedition because I needed the room to haul packages. Extremely helpful staff before and after the time period of the rental.

Rented a car here Friday September 29th and was driving back to Texas from Minnesota. Dropped my phone between the middle console and the passenger seat so I had to pull over to look for it and literally found a bag of dope under the seat. My whole life was on the line because of these people and they are not trying to compensate me on any discounts or anything. Don’t ever rent a car from here. You could lose your whole life messing with these people. If you do decide to, make sure you do a full check on the whole car because they obviously are not doing it themselves. My best advice is to go through somebody else!

Sam is amazing!!! We were here for open-heart surgery at the Mayo clinic and she definitely made our day (check-in and check-out + our vehicle swap). She was extremely accommodating and helpful with our needs which helped to reduce our stress in an already stressful situation. This was our first time using Budget and Sam did NOT disappoint!!!
