Had a terrible experience with our Budget rental and are very disappointed. Vehicle had over 70,000 miles and looked at the road as if it was abused. Check out the bald tires and the filth in the car. Never again. Budget responded to my review and removed the cost of the sirius radio that never worked and gave us credit of $100. This is a start, but for the terrible condition of the car, along with the safety issue of driving from Houston to West Palm Beach with bald tires, it's not even close. I would like to continue business with Budget, but they need to value the safety of their customers more. The vehicle we were given shouldn't have been on the rental line for anyone to drive. Safety should have been the number one priority, but it obviously was not.

We arrived a few hours later than expected, and unfortunately, our Fastbreak car had been given to someone else. To resolve the issue, the staff offered us an EV car, which turned out to be a better option for us in the end. We encountered no problems with charging, as we used Electrify America stations with up to 350kW ultra-fast chargers. In fact, we even decided to drive to Dallas rather than fly, making only one stop in between to recharge, which took about 30 minutes to go from 50% to 100%.

Pre booked and paid for Mustang convertible . We arrived to there being no car for us. We ended up waiting for hours ... In the meantime they offered us either a pickup truck or jeep wrangler instead but we didn't want them. They finally got us one but after a lot of waiting and travelling all day it was the last thing we wanted to have to wait again. The car when it finally came was lovely.

This location supplied me with the worst rental experience I have ever had. I was on a tight schedule and didn’t have time to go back in for a new car (but I should have). Starting with the stained seats to the terrible odour in the car that smelled like a homeless encampment, it wasn’t fun. It got better when the engine light came on and the car started to stall. I returned the car to a location in Katy and they did a great job of helping me out.

I personally have not even made it to the customer service yet. However we arrived to the rental car area and the line is super long. I’m confused as to why we have a scheduled pick up time if the line is going to be super long and we won’t even make it to are pickup time anyway. I’m outraged and will never book with this company again. I fear the outcome of returning our car and missing our flight. I would give no stars if possible. Customer service will be hearing from me.
