WARNING!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUDGET LOCATION!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. Made a reservation months ago. Even called the morning of my reservation to confirm and 2 separate people told me my vehicle would be there. Only to be called later and told "they didn't bring us cars" And they were offended that I was upset. THIS IS LITERALLY YOUR JOB...TO RENT CARS. Had to drive over an hour away to rent something smaller than what we needed because that's all that was available on short notice. NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I rented a car online, went to pick it up and not only did they not have any cars, there were three people waiting and hoping a car would be returned. I asked the rude woman behind the counter what I needed to do at that point and she shoved a brochure at me and told me to take it up with Budget customer service. A man came out of the back and said this happens all the time and blamed it on Budget not sending him cars. Ok, I get it but no need for rudeness. This is a car repair business with a counter for rentals. They clearly don't need to be a rental agency if they can never get cars. And... Budget needs to correct the online process so you can't rent and pre-pay for a car that does not exist. My advice is to go to the Budget rental in Fallston where the people are nice and they have cars available.

We had a great experience booking a moving truck here. We reserved it for a Sunday morning and when we got there the lady had the paperwork all ready for us. Quick service!

My experience has been horrendous. I had originally made a reservation which I ended up needing to change I called and they said that it was no issue and my reservation could be modified. I decide to call after a week to double check if everything was good with the reservation they were rude and uninterested in helping and they just said that it would be ready and hung up. The day finally arrives and it turns out nothing had been done to fix my reservation they had given me false hope and made me loose up to $400 on my hotel, I was fed up and still waited one more day to see if anything could be done nothing they told me that everything was out of their control and that was after they assured me and said everything would be ready. Truly shameful business practice!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! They ruined my vacation and hurt my kids and family through their lies!! #aberdeen #rent a car

Man the service was terrible, the older lady at the counter is rude and bad for business. I hope the cars are good because she was clueless so she pretended. My advice go to one a little further out. If you have a bad attitude in a customer service field is possible you may overcharge me and not be as honest. Lack of character and customer service. Won’t be getting my business again, ever!
