Great experience! I needed a rental car fast when my regular car had a service issues. Budget offered great prices and Jackie was so accommodating when I needed to extend my rental each week when my car was still in the shop. The car I drove was clean, safe, and reliable and suited my needs perfectly.

Our first rental was broken into and Jackie quickly took care of us and was able to get us into another vehicle. She was empathic and friendly. It was a very busy PGA tournament weekend but her attitude was great and I could tell she was working hard and it was barely 8am when we got there. Our first car we got from the San Francisco location and it was not a good experience and were set on not renting from Budget again. Jackie at the Napa location definitely had us consider renting from Budget when we visit again.

I was having a tough day. My car broke down and I needed a rental. After being on hold with major rental company for 20 minutes and then being told they didn't have any cars, I called Budget. They had an Explorer for me. I walked to Budget and was surprised to see just one employee "Jackie" running the place. She took care of everyone with a smile and did it quickly and efficiently. I was amazed. She got me the Explorer at a very good price and completely made my day. Note to Budget Car Rental Management - You should have Jackie give seminars/training in how to operate a car rental business with efficiency and style. She won me as a complete convert to Budget.

Our original Budget Car rental (a 2021 Honda Accord) completely broke down - every check engine light went on. We called Jackie at this Budget location in NAPA, and she was amazing. She understood our situation; effectively and highly efficiently got us in another rental; and provided incredible customer service. She is a credit to your company and represents Budget in the most professional, competent, skilled and customer centered fashion. We are most grateful to her and the service she provided.
