Enterprise didn't have the car I reserved and Hertz closed before 5, so I went to Budget. I was explaining my car rental situation to the gentleman working up front and not only did he have a car, but he upgraded me to a highend truck at no additional cost. He handed me his card in case I had issues. And when I looked at his card, to my surprise, he was the owner of that Budget. Simon was very courteous and helpful. I had a month long rental and had to go back to the facility where Lisa took care of my needs. If you like great service, then rent your car at Budget on Broadway in Denver. You can tell they genuinely enjoy doing their jobs

Booked for a pickup at 12pm on a Saturday, seemingly not knowing the location closed at 12pm on Saturdays. Arrived to the location at 12pm, to my surprise, being closed. Why not call me? Why did I not receive a reservation confirmation? Why was i allowed to book at the same time the location closed? Who knows. Had to do a quick transfer to another location 15 minutes away for twice the price, then go through corporate to get my money back. The place is ran without a care in the world, good for them.

as a flight attendant I get to travel a lot which makes me get a rental quiet a lot. i had one of the best experiences with budget. no unnecessary pressuring into insurances I don't need, very nice staff (shoutout to simon) and a very easy process to pick up and drop off the car. can only recommend!

The Toyota RAV 4 was taken, so I got a Jeep. On the second thoought much bettee for the Winter Weather. No Problems at all. And it was a Hybrid. The Staff was very helpfull and friendly. The Jeep was rented previously by many People for Outdoor Activities. So inside it was quite muddy and the Seats not so clean. I didn't mind, because I was hiking. I vacumed the Car and cleaned it.

Simon was a great help. The airport location didn't add additional driver to our policy, noticed this when I reviewed the electronic copy (no paper copy) popped into Simon's location near our hotel, and he sorted it out in a couple of minutes. Thank you
