My husband and I had a fantastic experience. We had an absolutely awful travel day on with our flights getting cancelled and delayed, but the staff was so helpful and understanding and waited for our flight to get in even though it was past their normal time. They were so incredibly nice and made an awful day so much better because of their kindness! The car was great and we had no issues. Highly recommend.

I got in Friday night at 1030pm after 5 hour flight. The machines were not working well and took 30 minutes to get paperwork done. Then they give me a car that was not even clean. We drove 30 miles to our destination. Windshield wipers not working car has 85,000 brakes grinding and steering wheel squeaks. I then went back to rental place Sunday morning to try to exchange it and the lady who was there at 630am said she had no more cars in the intermediate category. You would think she would offer me an upgrade. No even offered. She told me I should have come back 10 minutes after I drove off. I have a family of 4 with me and just flew 5 hours. She was rude. Do not rent from this place or Budget. They are horrible. Crappy old beat up cars.

Great place! The shuttle driver was right on time, radioed ahead to pull up the car to warm it up. Desk lady so nice and friendly. Another lady took my suitcase and put it in the trunk for me. Transaction simple and fast. Return easy too...the dropped me off with the car, no need for a shuttle. Would definitely use again

I'm very disappointed. They charge extra for their insurance but won't cover tires or windows, so what's the point of charging for extra insurance? As if the tires were brand new, they looked old, and little of thread left. I would not recommend it to fellow friends or companies

Had reserved a Dodge Charger and got a tiny old Kia with 75,000 miles. This location is a joke. Only upside is the employees are awesome. This owner should buy more cars or sell his franchise to someone who will... I actually thought it was a joke at first
