I have rented vehicles from other companies in the area and my experience with Budget at colonie center mall has been phenomenal. The car was in excellent condition. I paid for my rental online and scheduled a pick up which was quick and easy. I will definitely be renting from Budget again.

Told just bring back with same amount gas (full) or be charge for fuel so we brought back FULL and STILL GOT CHARGED!! Now over week later another charge appears on credit card and credit card company says note saying tolls/bridge but NO ezpass noted in vehicle on Dashboard or window, nor even the console like the clerk told us at pick up and he also told us we could use our own easy pass, which we did so now we’ve been hit with double charges on that as well! We rented an economy car, and when we got there, they told us we could either have a minivan or a pick up truck. We had to force the clerk upon drop off to come out and walk around the vehicle with us At which time he also check the mileage and gas. The drop off clerk when confronted (because my credit card company gives me notification on my phone when to charge is made) Appear to be quite shocked, that I knew he charged me for gas and stuttered to find an excuse, for it finally told me it was for fuel, but then told me that the charge would come off which it has not, and I’m now disputing the charge. Coming from law enforcement background should consider filing larceny charges along with scheme to defraud for continuing to file charges on my card without authorization. Very upset can get nowhere when you call the rental place. Will not be renting from them again if no make it right.

Looked on line for rentals and Buget was the cheapest. Vehicle was clean and exactly what I wanted for this trip. Will definitely rent from Budget at Colonie Center Mall.

I picked up my rental and the outside was filthy. The attendant told me the mall shuts their water off on Sundays so they are not able to clean the outside of the car. I had to attended a funeral and asked if I could receive a discount and he said no.

The check in and out wait time was really quick and easy. Staff were friendly. I made my reservation over the phone and that was quick too, I was able to prepay on my credit card. The car they had for me was super comfortable too. Also. The price point was not too expensive.
