Almost 700$ for a one way one day rental. They say nothing online about a one way fee. Then when you get there they bang you over the head xause yoy already there. If i would have know up front i would have not used them. After i got the car and drove 600+miles only to find a 4inch gash in the tire that tgey aloud to be rented. 80-85 mph on I-95 And you have a blow out itsnot a fun experience. To many what ifs. When i dropped the car off I tried to tell them and the said" Dont worry about it sir I already marked it no damage". Well that just goes to show the level of concern about yhe customers safety. I will not rent a car from budget again.

We didn't check the under carriage part of this car, the noice started when we hit the highway, we couln't understand the issue until pull over a rest station, was raining, we call the rental but they didn't have a manger, he was in vacation, they suggested to return to the terminal but was around 11:30 pm and they say they will close by 12 midnight. We agree in continue to stone harbor, next day in daylight we finally wete able to see the car was damaged under, we expend money and time to try to mitigate the issue, the manager never call us, nobody really cares here. Nobody was on the office neither at the time of returning the vehicle to the airport. We just have the pictures and the bad feeling, they should inspect their cars better before renting them out. Sucks.

Had a very good experience with Budget at the ACY. When I returned the car, their agent, Joseph Limage, was professional, upbeat, personal, organized, and courteous. Every agent should learn from this stellar employee! The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is because the initial agent upon renting the car was lackluster. She did not inform me that the car was a hybrid or walk me through the steps to operate the vehicle. She seemed like she just wanted to move on with her day. The return process was seamless. The car worked beautifully. I do recommend Budget at ACY, especially because of Joseph and the ease of picking up the car.

Have to say I used other rental car agencies in the past, but this hands-down was one of the best experiences I have had. The gentleman that waited on me was awesome. We got a great & comfortable rental car for being stuck in NJ during the cold season. Car had heated seats & steering wheel.

I rented a car today 7/17 arrived at 3pm to be with my family as we lost my Grandmother today. I only had 14 hours as I had to be back at the airport at 5am. Driving out at a slow taste it was ok. I entered the GSP and shortly after the acceleration failed a/c cut off and the dash was displayed multiple problems. I got off the parkway to a safe location called emergency services and they said they would send someone to swap out the car and guaranteed me it would be within six hours that was already horrible because I had such a short time here after six hours multiple phone calls being hub hung up on by a representative I finally had one gentleman who was able to secure a tow truck but no ride for me to the airport now I may miss my flight and have a surgery scheduled that I can’t miss. They told me despite all of that they couldn’t provide a alternative transportation via Lyft ect because the policy is 50 miles and the airport was 59!! After not being able to use the car!!! As well as being stranded for HOURS!! When I went to take photos I realized there were 2 different license plates on the vehicle!!! That car is going to kill someone. They CLEARLY don’t care.. And I was told to if I leave the vehicle even though they never came for 8 hours AFTER calling roadside IWOULD BE LIABLE! I’m obviously contacting an attorney. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! The gentleman on the phone felt so bad ( well the 4th person at least) and here I was supposed to be grieving my Grandmother. Pictures below I have video to prove it’s the same vehicle with 2 different state plates!!!
