On 06.07.2024, at 4:45 pm, I needed to have my right passenger door window replaced due to it being completely shattered. The only problem was the body shop closes at 5:00 pm and I wouldn't arrive until 6:30 pm. I arrived around 6:20 pm, and the gentleman who I had spoken with on the phone was still there. He sent me to the service counter. From there, the team replaced and installed the window. It was extremely brutal driving at highway speeds, in that 95 degree heat, window missing, with no air conditioner for three hours. Thank you Christian and Brian for doing this for me. Thank you Javier too.
Thanks to Santiago and his colleagues for quickly helping me find the right spare part.👍🏻🤝
We had a truck that was involved in an accident in early October, They turned a job they promised that would be fixed in weeks yet took them almost 4 months before we got our truck back in towards end of January. we brought the truck here as we worked with this location in the past and the experience was smooth and on time as they promised until this time, The adjuster kept waiting for an estimate but the dealership took roughly a month just to give the estimate of what the truck needs. That is already a month lost where we we would expect an estimate to take a few days, week at most as they told us. moving on to the repairs we were told the truck should be ready by end of November, then the wrong parts came so they had to wait for the correct ones to come. weeks wasted like that and they couldn't start work on rest of the truck since they had wrong parts. Midway to December we were told the truck will be ready and then it wasn't due to more issues they had and missing parts that are delayed. Entire November and December gone with their new excuses and reason on why its not ready, Then hoping we would get the truck In first week of January as promised but nope they hadn't tested the truck yet and when they did it had vibrations. So the truck was back in the shop for repairs and its mid January. We finally get an email that the truck is ready towards the end of January. We thought that would be the end of the problems now and kept waiting and waiting because they wanted the truck to be in best condition possible after repairs. yet on the first trip the truck went it had coolant leak issues from multiple spots... on top of that the drivers complaint that there is water leaking on top of where the windshield was replaced. I attached photos of what the driver took the first trip when they stopped to shower the next morning and came back to a puddle of coolant below the truck.. once they opened the hood they noticed new coolant leaks and areas dirty with coolant spray. This all happened the first trip I am afraid of what else we will find as the truck continues on the road but definitely didn't expect our truck to have such issues that could've been easily avoided if they did a good job. They took almost 4 months to repair my truck and had nothing but excuses for each delay.
Took my Isuzu NPR for an alignment and oil change. Had everything done the next day and pricing was fair. Once I picked up the truck the steering was still a little off, they gladly took it back and got it fixed immediately. Friendly helpful staff.
