First I’d like to say , our family used to go to this store weekly! If not mutiple times a week and we have never had an issue! Well I recently lost my card so I ordered a new one and as soon as I activated it I went to my local brookshires “this store” my card kept declining for some odd reason so I called my card and changed my pin! After changing my pin it finally went through , I’m not sure what was going on but it was resolved after calling my card and changing my pin! Right after leaving, my card was emptied out with multiple charges in different amounts until my account was on 0$! They litterally cleared my card! Mind you I had went to the store right before closing time so it was the only place I went to before all the charges started popping up! I have contacted my card and they have made a dispute and sent me out a new card but theirs is No guarantee that I get my money back! I am beyond pissed!!! I’m not sure what is happening or if someone has placed a fake card reader on one of the registers but it’s beyond ridiculous I am even having to go through this rightnow! I have contacted the store and many attempts of trying to get through to a manager I finally was able to talk to one! All they said was to call corporate and provided me with the number!!! I keep calling the number and it just goes to voicemail each time, I have left many voicemails and no one has reached out to me yet! I will continue calling tomorrow until I get through to someone! I’m leaving this review in hopes that they reach out to me & help resolve this huge issue!!! I’m not even sure I want to continue shopping at this store at this point I am so disappointed, they have robbed me!!! I have card statements and all😡😖😞

I always shop & support this place. Family ran and good people . I don't even know them but still know them by how they run their store and the people they hire always seem wholesome. Their gas prices keep racetrack "down the road " honest !

Great energy. Always nice and humble when my children and I shop around. Always clean and fully stocked with fresh produce a. Once before I grabbed some strawberries that were partially bad, and they had no problem with exchanging the , and they always assist me with taking my groceries to the car
