We moved here one year ago and I have a RX that is hard to find in Naples for some reason. Calling around trying to find is a chore (with a fussy newborn anyway ) and the gentleman I spoke to made it worse. Very rude. Didn’t have time for me. Didn’t even attempt to help. I’d avoid this place. Misir down the road was very kind!

The pharmacy staff is very kind and understanding. They work with your doctors and they want the best for your health. The pharmacist is amazing very educated and able to help you understand your medication. It’s a small family locally owned pharmacy branch as opposed to these big pharmacies that don’t care they have a small staff they care and they work with you financially the best they can. Greatest pharmacy in Naples Florida by far

I love this pharmacy! All of the staff are incredibly helpful, kind and patient. I was at my wits end with the CVS and Walgreens in Naples, and did research and found this pharmacy. You won't be disappointed! I've given multiple recommendations to friends also struggling with their pharmacy to here.

This pharmacy and it's quaint family of employees are truly AMAZING! If ever I call, they know my voice and verify as well. They are friendly, kind, and always helpful. I have never had such pleasantries with any other pharmacies. At this point, I will utilize this pharmacy for as long as they are open. Thank you Benzer family for always being there for me! ☺️🤗👍

I am new to Florida and have been dealing with Walgreens. No longer. I found this Pharmacy a two minutes drive from my house. When I go here to fill my scripts, the employees are friendly and extremely helpful and they don't take all day to get my medicines to me, unlike Walgreens. I feel like they truly appreciate my patronage. Thank you, Brilliance(Benzer) Pharmacy. ~ ~ A very pleased customer
