We always get the Candy Mix Ice Creams. I specifically get the M&M Candy Mix Ice Cream and I'm never disappointed! I love Braum's! Way better the Dairy Queen and McDonald's

We always eat at this Braums. Our food is always delicious and fresh! On this particular day, I ordered a fancy sundae. The guy working used his bare hands to get the vanilla cake. This was after cashing out customers and handling money. I told him, "Never mind and just got scoops of ice cream in a cup." I think if you're making ice cream, you should wear gloves, and someone else can cash out people. Other than that, everything was 5 stars! 🌟

Hey it's fast food but it's great fast food when you're in Texas. So many different flavors of ice cream to choose from. I got a burger and shake and fries for under $9. I also love that they have a little fresh grocery store. You can get fruits and vegetables and meat bread milk and ice cream! The staff was super friendly.

This location is so filthy. The lobby was so dirty, food was on the floor, trashes were full, and the tables had trash and food on them. There was plenty of employees to have them clean the lobby but the dirty atmosphere didnt seem to be important. Employees had bad attitudes and looked very unprofessional. We just ordered ice cream and one sundae was made wrong, the other sundae was messy, spilled out since they didnt put the lid on properly, and the frozen yogurt was in the wrong size of cup. The manager on duty saw the employees make our order wrong but didnt care to correct them. When i asked the manager for corporates number he rolled his eyes and wrote down the number no questions asked nor did he ask what the problem was. Since we live in the area we have been coming to this location for more than 10 years but in the last couple of years we noticed it going down the drain. This by far has been the worst visit yet. And unfortunately we will not return i would rather drive across town to get ice cream than come back to this place that does not care about customer service or even have a clean atmosphere for customers to eat at. They need new management or close this sad excuse for a business down!

While waiting to order our ice cream I was watching the employees work. One gentleman was preparing what looked like a double dip for the drive through. As he started walking to the window he dropped the top scoop of ice cream on the floor. Without hesitation he grabbed the ice cream straight off of the ground with his hand and threw it in the trash. Following without washing his hand he grabbed an ice cream scooper and got another scoop of ice cream to place on top. I asked the young man helping me who the manager was and he said we have two. He then pointed to two gentlemen behind him, one being the man I just saw drop and pick up the scoop without proper food handling.
