Apparently no one knows there's a pandemic in Oklahoma. However I do appreciate that your workers all had mask on. My combo meal with my large milkshake was not really that good my milkshakes were just a step above chocolate milk not what my expectation was. We get chocolate milkshakes at our braum's in Richardson Texas all the time I can't imagine that there's that much difference in training or making of the shakes. Maybe some retraining is needed for shake preparation and making.
Where I live in Montgomery County Maryland there is a Braum ice cream shop but not like the one in ardmore oklahoma. The help are awesome really quick in asking if either me or my wife needed help plus they also went out of their way to gives us exactly what we wanted to eat. The best Braum we've ever been to.
