Ive been going to the bp gas station in bellaire for some time. I went in about a month ago and the ladies that work there are usually nice to me. Now a couple ladies could use manners to be honest. Anyways, I went to see if they would return a vuse product. I figured I was a loyal customer they would return it for me and asked about it. The first lady was nice to me and said she had to ask. When she asked the manager for that day she told me they will not return it and that they dont make them there that's why. I said ok I wont be back and havent returned since. She must think I'm stupid with that comment cause I dont go in a store assuming they make the product unless it says they do. Needless to say I wont be back.

I went to BP in bellaire which I have done for over 15 years every summer never had an issues. I’ve actually been serviced by this women Aryon before never had an issue. I’m from out of state so I don’t have a Michigan ID. The dispensary here took both my boyfriend and myself ID which was scanned successfully. Ayron refused service to my boyfriend and I today stating that BOTH of our IDs were fake and that she couldn’t serve us.I believe this was racial discriminating against us. I have never had someone be so incompetent that checking IDs was too complex for her. I’m really upset with this and I will be spreading the word that this gas station is RACIST and doesn’t serve certain people.

First off I grew up in this desolate little town and this gas station has never been a popular choice. I happen to be traveling through after last been here over 10 years ago. I was on e and pulled up to the pump, frantically searching for my wallet the attendant young red head turned off that lights and the pumps at 10:59 that’s gps time sync’d off my Garmin. I approached the door which was locked and flashed some some bills indicating I need gas. This young lady sneered at me and shook her what piss poor customer service. I see her career going places lol. Bottom line poor customer service, lazy employees and they are not 24 hrs the pumps were shut off with the lights at 10:59 I.e. credit use is not available either.

Very nice employees, it's clean and if you do your grocery shopping at Family Fare next door you can use the coupons you get from the grocery store for 5 cents off a gallon at the BP right next door

Prices are high and they wouldn't take my credit card. I quit using them.
