Great updates to Terminal B and it's much easier to get in and out than it used to be!
Very unfriendly,not willing to help. Called in advance to ensure my card was accepted for rental, as I try to pick up rental my card was not read by system agent refused to try it more then once! Got me stranded without a car! Poor service ! Card worked everywhere else on same day and next day. 0 stars !!!
TSA agent's rude .
I had a reservation with enterprise. Apparently there have been some rule changes and I was told I couldn't secure my rental. After going outside to call a non airport location I found them all closed. I went back in and spoke with the manager. He was a great guy. Listened to my situation and made it work out. I wish I took down his name, because Id thank him personally for his professionalism.
The airport is nice and easy to get around. The shuttle to rental car center is inefficient not enough buses. Mine was packed and about 10 people had to wait for the next bus.
