I just hope someone sees this. I was in the Woodriver boost location. It was this week. I want to make sure I tell you that the associate on duty at the time. Was Tyler. He was very helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable about the available merchandise. After he explained the two best options that fit my budget. I then made an informed decision. I could not have been more satisfied with my visit with Tyler.

Need to give a shout out to Alexis! It wasn’t easy getting into my account after I lost my phone.. but she kept trying. The systems were having a few other tech issues and the store starting filling with people.. but she kept her calm and never even seemed frustrated. She turned a super stressful day around for me. Thanks again girl!

Lies, told them it's imperative that my phone number doesn't change! Cost me my business phone number I had for 14 yrs, cost me invoices, business cards, company shirts all a un-necessary expense as a business owner I had to change all of it, then recently phone quit working had to get a new sim card on a 6 month old phone LOL only to have it start loading bloatware apps without my consent or permission on a unlocked phone! worst place ever! It loaded a custom Boost Android 13 rom on my unlocked phone and took away my wi-fi call settings. they're just gone, had it setup with Android 12 when I purchased the phone. Shady, Greasy place and the manager is the worst! When confronted about the apps loading on my phone they asked me to leave the store! Stay far away from Boost aka Dish! let this be a waring!

The male that works here has tried to sale broken products to many customers and encourages other associates to do the same. Because you can’t return accessories. So I’d recommend the alton store or any other store other than this one
