I went in today to get my phone activated from my old phone to my new phone. I wish I could’ve catch her name, it was Phenomenal service, everything was taken care of and so easy! Got a case and screen protector that she helped to set up as well, sweetest lady that I’ve ever met.felt like I was in really good hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! had such a great experience I had to write a review!! Thank you again!!!
I drove to this location because when I googled them it said they were open. The sign on the door even says open 12-5. But they printed out a paper that says closed Sunday. So unfortunately I can't tell you if they have good service or a good selection.
Excellent service. Took my new phone in to get the expanded network Sim card because my phone was not working. Come to find out the phone was never completely activated, so the manager activated it and put in the new SIM card and the phone works fine now. Wish I had got her name but she was VERY helpful!
Alesia is an amazing rep. She was patient and got the job done! Definitely five star service.
