In an age where book stores have been trying to stay alive for the past few decades, it's good to see a book store stay alive. Glad to see these guys are providing something for people looking to share at something other than a screen.

Lovely little bookstore that feels like it belongs on Main Street instead of the airport. The employees are so sweet and helpful! An employee named Octavia spent a good amount of time giving me recommendations based on what I’ve liked in the past. She was so patient and knowledgeable - felt like she’s read every book in the store! I ended up getting a couple of great books for my vacation. 10/10 would def return next time I’m flying through LAX!

I really like the layout here. Something very whimsical about the way they have laid out the store and sections PRO: - Fresh looking store - Books are well laid out - Gift station - Stationary section CON: - Not really a place to pick up a lot of food, but they have gum and some small snack SUMMARY: Truly a beautiful bookstore that happens to be in the airport. Great vibe

I was impressed by both my experiences at Book Soup’s two locations at LAX. In BOTH instances, the staff went out of their way to ask what I was looking for and then went out of their way to look for the titles. It felt like a small, independent bookstore experience!!!

Loved this place. Found peculiar objects and great ideas for gifts. Amazing book selection, didn’t want to leave the place which is ideal for an airport. Wish we have more of this kind of store in the states. Well done!! The service was good and the staff friendly.
