Love me a bojangles all day breakfast Cajun biscuit... for me they're a Carolina institution and a must have every time I travel to the area. They're served in their buttery, flaky perfection stuffed with a crispy, well balanced salty-spicy chicken filet in between. Add a little jelly to that and you're in southern style umami heaven. As far as service and presentation, most fast food places don't get that right, so my expectations are low. This one certainly didn't deliver on those counts either. Trash in the parking lot, employees hunched over the counter, dirty countertops being strong indications. Also, myself and just about everyone I saw walk in to order came out to the car to eat their meals. For me it was a strong indicator that it was not a welcoming environment it which to dine. Unfortunate that such a great chain restaurant option is in this state.

I recently came to Charlotte to take care of my father who was in the hospital. A few mornings before going there, I would stop and get breakfast because it was on the way. The morning staff members were always smiles and friendly. Charity a staff worker took great care of us and even made Chicken tenders for my daughter. Customer Service was excellent. Food was great and enjoyed my chicken biscuits and Bo rounds. I will definitely come again when in town.

Went through drive thru the lady Manager that was working the window was very disrespectful and rude . Another lady that was a manager came to the window and I ask her was the other lady a manager and she said no , she lied . Every time I come here she always has an attitude. Manger’s have to lead by example. And they show the worst example in customer service. Find something else not dealing with ppl and there food.

Worst bo ive ever been to. You have to tell your order three times. Line is slow. One of the employees if they are working always being loud and dramatic. Most employees are nice but it just isn't being ran professionally. Sick of inflated prices, yet less quality...

Food was aight at this location. Had better at other locations. Service is trash. I asked for honey mustard when at the drive thru and was told I have to come inside to pay for it (42 cents)! Meanwhile at another location they just gave me one. Why employees be pressed off of condiments.
