My first time eating at Bojangles and I was not disappointed. I had the Cajun chicken biscuit combo with the botatos. The biscuit was fresh. I did add honey to the biscuit. The potatoes were great as well. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the dining area, but it is a busy airport so I’m sure that’s just normal.

Bojangles Fried Chicken located in terminal B next to gate B9 at 5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy Concourse B, Charlotte, NC 28208 is a legend in the NC/SC area. Their chicken to me is too spicy - really would prefer it if their chicken wasn’t spicy at all as to me it ruins the taste of the chicken. All I taste is the spice/heat. Suggest to offer 2 types spicy and non!! Employees were quick and friendly. 2 years ago there was a lady cashier who wasn’t friendly at all, but she is gone. I invite you to follow my reviews as I have over 30 Million views to my reviews/photos. I’m a music producer who travels around the world.

I ordered from here while waiting for my flight. There were roaches crawling everywhere. They were on the counter on the floor everywhere! I was so grossed out by it that I just threw my food and drink away. This place needs to be shut down and fumigated then thoroughly cleaned! Absolutely disgusting

This area of town was a little crazy. They used an AI system to take our order. Coffee was ok and no rounds could’ve used improvement. Also parking lot is sort of crazy to get in and out of. What you would expect for fast food though as far as quality and taste.
