Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes, no one would take our order. So we pulled up to the window and the car in front of us got their food and the worker walked away from the window. Looking in the window, the whole place was trashed. Food was everywhere, on the counters and all over the floor. Did not eat here and will not be back.

The chicken on the sandwich was good. The lettuce was rotting, we had to take it off. Customer service was HORRIBLE. I walked up the register said hello and cashier just said "hey". She didn't ask what could she get us or any nice greeting so I just ordered. She walked away before I finished paying without saying one word. When the food came she just sat it on the counter also without a single word. Would not ever recommend this place.

I have been to this location many times. They seem to take pride in their work, always friendly, clean eating area, consistently good food. The green beans are fantastic.

Worse experience I will never come back sat in line for over 30 minutes and all they serve drive through the manager was rude and was talking about night life instead of helping the customers in front of them no apologies or empathy to people started complaining would not recommend there services go to other one on other side of town

The absolute worse bojangles I’ve ever been to. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Had to wait on my chicken and that I don’t bc it was fresh but when I finally got my order it was still wrong. This place sucks
