Never again. Went Wednesday at 8:30pm and they had no chicken, so we went back Thursday at 7:30pm and only had 8 legs left...so we decided to get a gravy because I really like it...then when we got home, opened it up and it was watery and chunky.... disgusting. They should not have taken money for that.

I love this place. But you have to accept it for what it is. Sometimes the staff are super friendly and you might get an extra Supreme in your box. Sometimes you might overhear the staff making fun of you. You need to like everything on the menu because regardless of what you order you're going to get what you get. If your food comes without a bag make sure you ask for a straw because you won't have one in your box. Be prepared because whoever you ask for a straw will take it as a personal offense. But seriously I love this place. Surly wait staff is an American tradition that is hard to find these days. Most of the time the food is really good and at worst it's just okay but it's never bad. If you want exactly what you order, timely service, and good attitudes from your fast food chicken joint... Go to Chic-Fil-A.

Better if they listen when you ask for LARGE. Also ASK the customer would you like to make your order LARGE. That would be great customer service and a price upgrade better for the customer and owner! Note: Stop asking cars to move up to beat the service timer....and its NOT even a car behide you! SMH I could understand If I ask for something fresh but its just reg. Combo no extra reason but the reason you give because of the drive thru clock/timer. Come on guys do better!

Customer service and food quality is going down quickly. They do not validate your order by either repeating it back or have a screen with your order in the drive thru, so had to drive thru twice to get order right. Waste of time.

Y'all, after waiting *30 minutes* for my order shouldn't I get exactly what I ordered? Look at this. That's immediately after opening the container not after we ate it. This is what you get when you wait 30 minutes at Bojangles. ?
