Ah, Bojangles on Lexington Rd., where lunch plans took an unexpected turn! I arrived with high hopes for some chicken, but the adventure began in the restroom. The soap dispenser was not just out of soap but completely detached from the wall, possibly off on its own quest for cleanliness. The sink, valiantly attempting to drain, was clogged by a mysterious object—maybe it was a metaphor for my impending meal. The pièce de résistance was the food service gloves artfully displayed in the urinal, perhaps a new avant-garde installation? But the star of the show was a remarkably well-fed roach, likely the most satisfied customer in the building. This little fellow had clearly made this Bojangles its own personal buffet. In the end, I decided to leave the roach to its kingdom and took my appetite elsewhere. Run, don’t walk, away from this place. Would I recommend it for lunch? No! Would I recommend it for a deep cleaning? Absolutely. If you’re in the mood for a unique, albeit brief, non-dining adventure, Bojangles on Lexington Rd. is the place to go!

We had a scheduled mobile pickup order for 5:30. We got there about 5:35 and they were "working on it". There was no one else inside the store at the time. They were out of one of the sides we ordered which was disappointing, but it happens. The real problem is that our food wasn't ready until 6:20! 50 minutes after our pickup time. In that amount of time they probably could have made some more mac n cheese. The fries were stale and they gave us the wrong tea (was supposed to be two 1/2 gallon sweet but they gave us one sweet and one unsweet) and whereas they normally have some of the best tea, this tea tastes old and bitter. Finally though my husband is on my side that we don't ever have to go there again. I got faster service at Chilis than at this 'fast food" place.

I just purchased a 3pc meal, it was so dry and hard. If you would take the meat fro each piece it wouldn’t make one. Must have been cooked 10am this morning. Never again will I go there again. Wished I had took a picture before my cat ate it.

The chicken was okay…but the service was poor. ❌ Service: The staff gave me wrong items and forgot to give me my drink. If you are in a hurry & just want a correct and quick drive through, don’t come here.

Seems like it doesn't matter where you go for fast food. The quality of service and the food is horrible!!!! Maybe Congress should pass a bill to eliminate fast food chains. What's the point in them anyway. True, folks need a job but geez.....these places are on the same level as vending machines
