Employees were very short and didn't listen to our order but made right by remaking our food after we got the wrong food. Nachos are small for the price. The burritos are proportionally right.
The Boat House is the perfect casual dining restaurant on Nantucket. Salads, bowls, burritos, burgers — and an island flair. The people who run the Boat House are loving, kind and generous. Can’t recommend it enough for families and anyone who wants great food. We eat here every time we come to the island and are always happy.
I called and placed an order for fried chicken at 7:50 at 8:30 I was still waiting for it. To make it worse after she charged me $20 she informs me the chicken is frozen. She then offered me mozz sticks which are the worst I've ever had, how do you mess that up? Way to upsell your frozen chicken that you feel comfortable charging 20$ they tasted awful. Service is horrible. O stars if I could
Friendly staff - food prepared quickly. HUGE variety of items on the menu. Burger is always a good choice. We eat here at least a couple times during our yearly weekend trip to Nantucket!
