At the doctors office and overheard an elderly woman on call with dispatcher from company. Elderly woman missed the cab due to going to the bathroom. It happens! But the dispatcher was so rude and and cut throat it upset me! That older woman couldn’t get two words out without being scolded! If you can’t tell the difference between a rude customer and a nice customer than get out if that job. How can you hear a soft spoken voice and still be rude?

These drivers are dumb as heck! So tired of almost getting into an accident because of them! I swear every time I have the green arrow to do a u-turn on central Ave, there is always one who turns and almost crashes into me! ALWAYS! TELL YOUR DRIVERS TO DRIVE BETTER!

Cab drivers are fine, but the service itself is terrible; it took them over 3 hours to "find a cab" to pick me up, and they sent multiple "ride is on the way" texts, each with different cab numbers, but when I called and asked they were STILL trying to find a cab—horrible experience. I was stuck where I was, and I ultimately canceled and had a family member pick me up because it was taking too long.

My card was locked when they first tried to take payment so he said cash only. He asked if I'd like him to take me to the ATM so I said yes. It was only 2 blocks away but it was 96 out feeding like 106! I didn't know the ATM was broken He left me at the ATM and made me walk home. I have health problems and even walking that far in the heat could of made me sick and pass out SMFH #52 YOU DROVE RIGHT PAST MY PLACE WHEN YOU LEFT ME AT THE ATM!! Go back to your own country and treat people that way!!
