I am never disappointed with the quality of their products. Although, I do wish if they advertised breakfast food and show store hours of opening at 8:00AM, they should open at 8:00. My husband went to pick up my food at 8:00 three days in a row and they didn’t arrive by 8:00 or even say she would serve him. Wow. They are quick once they finally get going and have just what I like! 😋 I do not feel sluggish throughout the day or guilty for eating out when I go here. It’s a win-win. I help a small business and they help me accomplish my health goals. Everything I have seen is aesthetically appealing. I could literally drink the green salad dressing and the avocados taste just like the ones I had in Mexico right off the tree. 🥑 👅 Vegan friendly Raw food friendly Sandwich friendly Smoothie friendly Baby & kid friendly Just friendly in general! My to go salad does not serve them justice. I couldn’t help myself. I intended to save it for later but ate most of the cucumbers and half the dressing. Oops! 🤭

Love, love, love, this place! So fresh and so good. It was my middle sister’s month to pick where we ate for Sister Someday (our monthly sister outing) and she chose here. I’m so glad she did. They have limited vegan options, but I had the Acia bowl (with extra blueberries) and the choco peanut butter smoothie. I will be back!!

My husband and I really love this place for the savory waffles they serve!! I just tried the banana oatmeal this morning and it was so fresh, healthy, and presented beautifully. I also have tried the berry smoothie and it was SO much better than tropical smoothie cafe. The ladies are so sweet and we really enjoy the cleanliness and quietness of the place. Definitely our favorite breakfast place and we highly recommend! They do have a healthy variety of other foods/beverages, so go check 'em out!

A must try. The East Side Salad is a balanced, delicious work of art. It's equal parts texture, taste and spice. Don't change a thing...pour in the green goddess dressing, mix to your liking and dive in. You will walk away satisfied and bit healthier. The image is all I had time to capture. I'm sure you'll understand when you order it.

OMG!! So amazing! We tried the Nutella, the Wake Up, Meat Lovers and Açaí bowl, everything was wonderful! We are from OKC but I’d come back to NWA just to eat here. Those savory waffles were seriously delicious.
