Bikinis Beach Bar

Been coming here for years while visiting our summer vacation home. Loved coming here for the views and atmosphere. While that hasn’t changed, the quality of the food and service has gone down drastically. Our server was trying her best but was the only server for the entire bar on a holiday weekend. There were 4-5 other employees with “staff” labeled on their shirts, but walking around aimlessly. They would occasionally pick up an empty glass but did absolutely nothing to ease the workload of the one server actually waiting on tables. Because of this, service was slow. The bartenders also couldn’t keep up, seemed like more socializing then mixing drinks for the server. Drinks took 15-20 minutes to come out, waited with empty glasses trying to order the next round and incorrect food was brought out. The food prices have also gone up quite a bit. It's a shame because this has been a staple of our trips here and we will unfortunately be picking a different spot to spend our evenings. I will commend our server because she was giving her absolute best to keep up with everything.

You know how a place is such a good idea and you have amazing memories of going there so you keep going back even though the service is worse and worse every time you go? That’s Bikini’s. Gorgeous view, amazing music, not enough staff. Go, but order a bucket from the bar so you have a few rounds on hand. Tip well, it’s not the servers’ fault this place is poorly managed. Remember it’s the only bar on the beach, keep your cool and go with the flow. But eat before you go or the hanger will build while you wait to order and be served and you’re going to take it out on someone who doesn’t deserve it. Ask me how I know. Anyway, I’ll be back, because like an old boyfriend who doesn’t give me the attention I crave, I can’t quit Bikini’s.

Come for the atmosphere and maybe the drinks, but don't come for the food! The food falls on the bland side of good and a tad over priced, and kitchen closes early. Live music was good. Website doesn't show menu or list of (2023) live entertainment, so that could use an update also. Visited twice during our stay and was unimpressed with the service both times. When I gotta wait 15+ minutes for a refill I'm just going to cash out and go elsewhere!

Great spot for drinks on the beach Service was good and so were the drinks! Food... not so much. The waffle fries are really food. The fish tacos were bland, fish was kinda mushy and slaw nearly invisible. The chicken sandwich was a frozen breast warmed up and slapped on a tasteless, white bun with one piece of iceberg lettuce and a slice of an unripe tomato. Coconut shrimp were cooked well, but had a weird "chemical" smell to them. So, go for the location, drinks, and waffle fries. If you want a good meal, go elsewhere.

We have so much fun here. Returned to this area for the labor day weekend because we love it so much. Live music, outdoor bar, small menu but good. Our kids just play in the sand. We had fun even with the crazy storm that came in.
