I absolutely love going to big lots. Big lots prices are so much less but they have the same exact products as everyone else. I specifically like coming here for spices and food products, I bought garlic powder for five dollars a huge container of it. I got a smaller container from Kroger for $15 for the same exact stuff. Go big lots! The only poor experience I had is I came to return my pop bottles and the lady tried telling me that they weren't returnable when they were but I just kind of had a slightly argue with her and then sheReturn my bottles for me no problem

There was an issue with my online pick up order that I hadn't even noticed. The store manager called me herself to make sure I was aware of the issue and had it already taken care of. She was extremely polite and professional! Highly recommend shopping at this store!!

Usually a clean store, never know what you're going to find. I honestly never been to Ollie's, since I heard a lady bought decorative pillows, and brung home bed bug's. Big lots has been here for years, and never heard anything bad like that.

This is a very nice Big Lots. Quiet shopping, which is nice if you had a long day at work and just want some peaceful shopping. Give them a try, reasonable prices as well. 🤗

It's a big lots.. it's clean inside, staff are decently good. It's still hit or miss on if you can find what you want, or the prices. But overall, not a bad store.
