I was a regular customer at the hotel for about 4 months or so. While the rooms needed some maintenance, the beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff, especially Kelly and Diane, were exceptionally nice and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this hotel, as it was fairly priced during my stays there.

There's no pool, it's filled in. There's no coffee makers in the room and a huge bar from the window fell off and almost landed on my fiances head 😳 no pets and no smoking either. Other than that the room and beds were nice, good size tv and bathroom was okay, had a bathtub.

Even without the breakfast being available, it deserves 5 stars! Both front desk agents we interacted with were friendly and helpful. There's a sign on the desk clearly stating pool and breakfast aren't available and their current rates reflect it. They'll cancel and refund your booking as long as its before you check in. The lobby looks great, I was in love with the seating area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very large beds and tv. We even had makeup removal wipes, an extra blanket and pillow. I've honestly never felt so relaxed at a hotel before. Would definitely stay again! The only 3 things I noted were the thin blinds, the elevator made a lot of noise and the hallway walls are a dark grey which I found unusual and just a tiny bit creepy late at night

This is our 4th stay at this quaint hotel. This is the first time we didn’t see David. He definitely adds to this hotel. We missed his bubbly personality. I missed our morning coffee meetings in the hotel as my husband wonders where I went. On Our 2nd stay here. As like our last David the manger was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is quiet, rooms were very clean. When we checked out Debbie and Diane were very sweet. We will continue to stay here as we visit our son! (Air Force)! See you soon!

NEVER AGAIN! Outlet by bed does not work, room had a bad smell entering, blinds were broken, could not sleep with street lights thru window, hotel would not change our room claiming that they were full. ... bull$#@&.! To top it off receptionist was very rude and hung up when we called the front desk saying whoever was there earlier lied to us about having someone go to our room to try and fix the blinds which I would have been fine with, but her attitude and rude customer service was awful. I'm so glad I didn't pay out of my pocket for this, but we will no longer book our stays for our staff (which we book alot as we travel for work) at this hotel.
