Best Western Plus Chickasha Inn
What people are saying
Overall, our stay was good. We appreciated the updated look, and we enjoyed the hot chocolate, coffee, and bottled water offered throughout the day. Breakfast had lots to choose from, and the breakfast area was regularly restocked and cleaned. The manager was kind and helpful with a question I had about checking out, given that our schedule was a little unknown. Despite the rooms being a 4-person room, we were only given 3 bath towels each day. We had to make multiple requests for an additional towel. The rooms were not horribly dirty, but for a perfectionist like myself... there was mildew in the grout lines of the shower, where the base of the toilet meats the floor was not clean and the corners on the floor throughout the room and bathroom could have been cleaned better to remove the dust and dirt, and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. It took five minutes or more to drain after using. There was another family within our group that requested a room change due to their room not being clean... blood on shower curtian, hair in the sheets etc. The main hotel areas were kept well. It just seems the people cleaning rooms could pay attention to the details more. Overall, it was not a bad experience, and we would stay here again as many other hotels are much less clean... we would just be sure to check the room over upon arrival.
If you are coming to Chickasha then you need to stay here. I have stayed at 3 different hotels here and no one beats here. The location is just outside of town and it makes it a lot quieter. The morning ladies were the best and a large part of why I am giving this location 5 stars. After leaving a hotel we were not happy at due to it not being kid friendly the morning breakfast lady and the sweet front desk lady were so welcoming and treated me and my two boys wonderfully. Pool was open like I was told and their breakfast was pretty good. We got a double queen suite and it was a very nice room and beds were great. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
It’s a “10”! On the edge of town. Great staff especially front desk people and breakfast person, Shelley. Front desk person last night even came to check on me in pool, to make sure I had towels! In room, good bed, linens and AC. Breakfast area was immaculate, with good food and solid clean furniture. Salt and pepper and napkins on each table! Foyer decorations were exceptional. Decorations for Easter Holiday were amazing. Lights, decos everywhere. Looked like a high end resort foyer. Especially the chandelier. Foyer had 24 hour gourmet coffee station- cappuccino, latte, mocha and all the usual coffees. Also, great outdoor patio and kitchen style grill area. Indoor pool was immaculate. Last, but not least, good carts :) Attention to details make this an outstanding chain hotel.
My stay was really nice. Quiet space to sit in peace. Breakfast was fantastic. Front desk upon check-in was welcoming. Room service was ok. I never received new towels for the next day’s stay. That was ok. They were swamped with other guest. My biggest takeaway would be that I forgot my Apple Watch. When I called the concierge, he indicated that he could not enter the room to check without permission from housekeeping. I found that to be odd. I called the next day to speak with the housekeeping supervisor. THE NEXT MORNING..! She stated that no one turned it in which only means that someone from her staff stole it. That was my only disappointment.
Very clean and convenient. Easy access to Grady County Fairgrounds and Chichasha’s downtown.
