We came from Alabama to visit our dad, good location only 1.3 miles from our dad's and any store needed close by. Staff, I cannot say enough positive things about them. From the front desk to maintenance people everyone was polite and respectful when I encountered them. Asked for extra coffee before check in and once we checked in the staff beat us to our room to supply the coffee. The breakfast area and food was amazing the staff working in that area are just like the others. I did not encounter not one person that didn't act like they were happy to be there serving your guests! Thank you!
The hotel had a bit of a smell, the room had an even different smell. The microwave was broken and there wasn't a coffee pot in the room but they had coffee packets. Atrium was pretty neat and you can tell they are trying to make it better. The pool looked a bit dirty and my kid said there was a lot of dirt/sand at the bottom. Breakfast was good. Typical hotel breakfast foods. It was pretty quiet in the bedroom but the ones who slept on the pull out by the door said you could hear everything in the hall and the ice machine was so loud it woke up the heavy sleeper.
Meh, it's a place to stay. Other guests were loud and made it difficult to sleep. Shower had low water pressure and the tub was very slick. Next to no body wash and etc provided, but we brought our own, anyway.
Me and my family stayed here and it was very meh, for starters the hot tube wasn't working, the sink was stopped up, and we tried to call room service but the phone wire was cut. I love their breakfast, but that's about the only thing i like.
At first I was concerned about the area and the outside doors. However, I requested to be moved to an interior room. Much to my surprise our interior room was dacinf a beautiful indoor pool. The room was clean. It did have a funny smell at first but was otherwise good. I do wish there were actually comforters on the bed undress if thin blankets. The microwave and mini fridge were nice and worked very well. The shower got hot and was good also. There were several kids in the pool but once our door wa shut you could hardly hear anything. My guess is all of the rooms are in good condition. They are doing remodeling so I’m sure it will be nicer Ont he future. Ashkey at the front desk is AMAZING!!! So kind and courteous! Absolutely recommend!
