I've worked retail since I was 20 years old and I'm fully aware of how sales work and I respect it ,however I understand what compassion is also ... you can tell when someone wants to actually helps Vs someone that literally don't give *** . Yes a few of the associates did try to help and then I asked for a manager (he suggested something helpful ) ... I never shop in best buy anyway simply bc I don't fully trust the associates opinions or suggestions (anything to make a sale basically) . I was desperate and needed a phone but now I see the actual sale is important than actually helping I will not shop particularly at this location.

Went to purchase handsfree earbud for phone talk. Associate kept trying to sell me headphones. With no mic. No clue and nothing in stock. Ordered a Poly/Plantronics from Amazon. Had it the next day. BB life is short.

Bought dashcam and installed myself (in less than 45 minutes), after this, Bestbuy set up a bogus installation appointment at a store over an hour away. Requested a contact to verify the installation appointment. Said they don't take calls, so wasted 2+ hours going to a non-existent appointment. Can't believe how much Bestbuy has declined in serving their customers.

i buy cell phone from store asking for unlock phone pay full price $799.99 best give me locked phone with Verizon that phone price was $649.99 they charge me $150.00 more i am stuck with that phone best buy say can be return or refund i call Verizon customer care say i have contact with best buy and best buy say contact with Verizon to open lock for use that phone i don't have account with Verizon i am stuck
