I've been in this store a couple of times the past month, and both times, I was helped by sincere store employees. Who actually listened and heard what I needed. Gave specific advice and helped me find what I needed. they didn't just point a finger and say "it's over there". In todays struggle to find good help/employees I must say I was impressed. Thanks Best Buy

DO NOT GO TO GEEK SQUAD. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I went in with a fan problem on my laptop. It was making a loud buzzing sound whenever it ran. They just told me there was nothing I could do and if I wanted to replace the fan through them it would be $250. I ordered replacement fans from Amazon for 20 dollars, and when I was going to replace them I found out that the fan wasn't even the problem. There was just a piece of paper stuck between the fan and the key. That was it!! Asking for 250?? are you kidding me?! Even if you aren't tech savvy, a quick Google search will save you from wasting hundreds of bucks and a huge headache instead of coming here.

Was not greeted when walking in the store, they did however greet the people in front of me. Needed help, was walked by at least 4 times by employees. Asked for help, was told to go wait. Employeees continued to walk by me without acknowledging me. Told someone else I needed help and they told me to scan the QR codes and help myself. Won't be Going back.

An associate at this location was very rude and did not help at all. His name was Zach W or something like that. I asked if he could call and make a phone call to another location and he commented with "So you want to waste 10 minutes of my time?" Very unprofessional and I will not be at this location again.

Bought a couple of things from this store like a curved screen, webcam, and an Apple Watch over time. Yesterday was probably the last day I foot in this store. The advantage of a physical store over an online one is a more customized buying experience and being able to try things out on the spot. I don’t feel like I can do either of those in this store because of staff either not being available or not showing up.
