I took my sister this week to get our nails done. For the prices listed we expected great service and long lasting nail designs. Unfortunately our nails have not held up, two days later, and we received a less than warm attitude from our nail tech. Then, at check out we were charged incorrectly. We get that not everyday is going to be perfect in the service industry. The ambiance was nice but based on our experience we cannot recommend this service

Everyone and everything was simply amazing - had scheduled a girl day with my daughter, and from start to finish, had a great experience. If you are looking for a relaxing spa day, look no further! Thank you to all the spa employees for making this day so special!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom who was the one who got the massage. Apparently this massage was STELLAR seeing as my mom has not been able to stop talking about it since yesterday. My mom highly recommends Daniel because he knew how to resolve certain muscle pains that she was experiencing. He is very skilled and knowledgeable and was very patient and kind. My mom works a labor intensive job so I'm very happy that she had a great experience here. We will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you to Daniel and the rest of the Bellanina for helping me give my mom an incredible early mother's day gift!

This review is on behalf of my wife who came in for an appointment today. She had a 75 min appointment with the service cost being $145. She didn't receive a full 75 minute service. When asked about the service time, the lady at the reception desk got defensive and blamed my wife for arriving 7 minutes late for the appointment. She stated that she had given my wife a call last week to come 5 minutes early for the paperwork ( the call happened but she did not provide any info to come in 5 minutes early for their "paperwork". She also spoke about my wife having an eye infection last week and missing her appointment). The eye infection was real, we can provide documentation. Even factoring in my wife being late, her service still ended 7-10 minutes earlier than the scheduled end time even if she had arrived at her regular time. The service itself was just mediocre to describe the best for the price minus gratuity they have listed. A very poor experience. Not even close to an acceptable level of customer service.

Very relaxing! Very thorough! Hydrafacial was everything I wanted. My daughter enjoyed her teen facial as well. We come here every time we are in town.
